Roger and Sharon Vande Boom are Grade School sweethearts, who will be married 35 years this year. They both come from a history of entrepreneurship backgrounds as both of their parents owned Small Businesses. It was always a dream of theirs to own their own Landscaping and Excavating business. 

 

Roger works full-time for the business doing the upkeep of the machinery, quoting and of course the hard work on job sites. He teases that he is the muscles while Sharon is the brains since she does all of the administrative work for the business while also working as a Purchasing Manager at her full-time job, hence the Dynamic Duo!

 

Roger and Sharon have 3 wonderful children and a son-in-law who can all be found on a job site when their help is needed.  Family means everything to them.
