FAQ's
Do you charge if you do not mow?
No, we only charge if the crew mows and trims
Can I call you to do a one time mow?
We would love a call if you need help with a one time mow, we will do our best to get you into our mowing schedule for the week. We would provide a free estimate prior to mowing and with a one time mow signed contract by the homeowner the work will be done
What are your payment methods?
We accept checks and cash for methods of payment. An invoice will be generated and emailed upon the completion of work. For customers with weekly mowing contracts, we bill the 1st of each month for the prior month's mowing. All invoices are due upon receipt
How do I get a quote?
You call, text or email us with what work you would like done and we contact you to set up a time for us to come out to the property and discuss. We email you a quote and if you want to go with us, you sign the contract. With a signed contract we put you on our schedule
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.
Do we need to be home when you complete our project?
No, the homeowner doesn’t need to be home when the work is being done
Do I call diggers hotline or do you?
All In One Lawn Care And Excavating takes care of all contact with digger hotline for the home owners digging/excavating projects
